Soy: The Hidden Truth
Fact: soy is a poison to our bodies. Soy, and soy-based products can be found in thousands of foods we eat every day. Disregard all information you hear about soy being a “healthy” food source. Consuming it can and will lead to widespread chronic pain.
Why soy is bad:
Soy contains high levels of phytic acid. Phytic acid in soy reduces breakdown and absorption of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc. Pain can result if our bodies are deficient in these minerals, and current pain conditions can be made much worse.
Soy also disrupts endocrine function, and are potent anti-thyroid agents that cause low thyroid function. Hypothyroidism lowers the body's natural temperature and causes widespread nerve pain. Poor thyroid function also affects the metabolism and immune system; both of which are essential for healing injuries and reducing inflammation. The plant estrogens found in soy can also disrupt endocrine function- the glands that produce hormones. Hormone regulation problems can cause dozens of chronic pain conditions.
Certain chemicals in soy also interfere with protein digestion and may cause pancreatic disorders. This can lead to diabetes, and other autoimmune conditions. Diabetics are susceptible to dozens of chronic pain problems due to poor insulin regulation. Even if a person is not diabetic, poor pancreatic function can cause the same pain issues.
Monosodium Glutamate MSG; a potent brain toxin, is formed during soy food processing. Many soy products even add extra MSG!
Soy foods contain elevated levels of toxic aluminum, which negatively effects the nervous system, the kidneys, cause nerve pain, and has been speculated as a potential cause of Alzheimer's Disease.

The following was submitted by experts regarding soy:
Sheehan DM and Doerge DR, Letter to Dockets Management Branch (HFA-305) February 18, 1999. A strong letter of protest from two government researchers at the National Center for Toxicological Research urging that soy protein carry a warning label rather than a health claim.
Here's how to fix the problem:
1- ELIMINATE ALL SOY FROM YOUR DIET! You don't have to eat obvious soy products to consume soy. Read all labels...it is added to 90% of all processed foods in some form.
2- Eat only fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats from a butcher. No exceptions. If you want a pain free life- you have to take control. Effective pain treatment is not in a pill...it is what's on your plate!
