Eliminate Chronic Pain in 3 Easy Steps!

Do you suffer from chronic pain? Ready to leave it behind for good? Although these recommendations may seem simple, following these three easy tips may stop your chronic pain in its tracks.

Tip #1Eliminate sugar! If your pain was a blazing fire, sugar is like gasoline. Sugar causes nerve irritability. Anyone who has ever had a cavity knows all about this; eating a candy bar with a cavity results in extreme pain. It’s the sugar! Unfortunately, it’s hard to tell which products contain sugar. Even a little bit circulating through your body can lead to lots of pain. The only way to truly avoid sugar in your diet is to follow the pain-free rule below.

Tip#2Eliminate grains! Grains can cause lots of pain. We are not talking about the sensation of a stale loaf of French bread hitting you on the back of the head. It’s what happens inside the body after you eat it. The technical explanation of why grains cause pain could take up about 20 pages on this site, so we’ll keep it simple. Grains cause inflammation. Inflammation is what makes conditions such as arthritis hurt much worse.

Tip#3Eliminate Preservatives! Preservatives are used to keep food fit for consumption. The problem is; methods of preservation these days involve chemical compounds that cause pain. Some of the more common names: BHT, BHA, and MSG. These little acronyms can lead to a lot of pain. Simply reading labels is not enough since there are many foods that contain these harmful preservatives but do not advertise it. The best way to avoid them is to only buy foods in their natural state. Stay away from store shelves; no instant dinners or frozen pizzas.

Okay, sounds too simple to be effective, right? Well, it is simple, but it’s also very effective. The next time you go to the store, ignore everything but fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and meats from the butcher counter. You’ll save money and there’s a good chance you’ll greatly reduce the severity of your chronic pain.

Okay, so I was thinking this was just another ploy to publish an article that was "off the beaten path"--but it works!~ I tried it in an attempt to disprove that something so simple would be effective. IT IS EFFECTIVE! I have been doing this for 4 days, and I FEEL A MILLION TIMES BETTER! I know this article is not about Fibromyalgia, but I have it-and it reduces the pain. You should be nominated for a Nobel Prize Dr. Cassaro!

I'll try it. The pain on the bottoms of my feet have been killing me for years. Neuroma/Neuropathy so I am told. I have been to Primary care doc, Podiatrist, Ortho surgeon, different Podiatrist...in that order. Basically all they did was steroid injection 3 times over a year (no help), and Rx meds that had little affect, made me super drowsy, and diminished libido.
What caught my attention is the no sugar part. I have a huge sweet tooth and eat a treat every day. I'll try to supplement that with fruit instead.
